Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale, dated February 27, 2026, are applicable from February 27, 2026. They may be modified at any time without notice. Customers are invited to read them before making any reservation.
These T&Cs govern all sales and reservations made via the website www.valderoland.fr, operated by SAS VAL DE ROLAND, as identified in the legal notice section
1. Legal status of the contract
This contract is subject to the regulations for tourist residences.
The rental is granted on a temporary basis. The premises may not be used as a primary or secondary residence.
The client cannot claim the rights applicable to residential leases.
The contract is governed by the French Civil Code and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Online reservation process
The reservation process includes the following steps:
- Select the type of apartment and desired dates.
- Review the description, rates, and applicable conditions.
- Enter personal information (name, surname, phone, email, address, payment details).
- Verify the summary.
- Confirm the reservation.
- Pay the deposit.
- The reservation is confirmed after payment of a 25% deposit and confirmation by email.
- The balance is payable upon arrival.
3. Essential features of services
The offered apartments include :
- Furnished accommodation
- Bed linen
- Water, electricity, and utilities
- Access to the aquatic area
- Wi-Fi
- Ski locker
Optional services (cleaning, pets, late check-out, etc.) are charged extra.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included.
Not included:
- Tourist tax
- Security deposit
- Optional services
Promotional rates may be subject to specific conditions.
Rates for spa therapy clients are reserved for persons with a medical certificate.
5. Payment terms
Payment is made in two time :
- 25% deposit at the time of booking
- Balance upon arrival
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card
- Cash
- ANCV holiday vouchers
- ANCV Connect holiday vouchers
- Bank transfer
Any unpaid balance may be charged to the card provided.
6. Security Deposit
A security deposit of 200€ is required via pre-authorization upon arrival.
It may be retained in case of:
- Damage
- Failure to clean
- Trash not disposed (€30)
- Non-compliant cleaning (fee: €50, €60, or €85 depending on the apartment type)
- Lost key (€30)
7. Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing.
Flexible Rate
- Up to 7 days before arrival : no fees
- Less than 7 days : 100% of the amount due
Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Rate
- 100% of the stay is due upon booking
No-shows are charged for the full stay. Early departures are not refunded.
8. Check-in and check-out
Check-in:
- 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (low/medium season)
- 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (high season)
Check-out: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Late check-out: 10€ per hour (subject to availability)
9. Cleaning
Cleaning is not included unless the service is subscribed to.
Otherwise, the client must return the apartment in compliance with the detailed instructions.
10. Resident obligations
The client must:
- Respect the maximum occupancy
- Respect neighbors (quiet hours 10 PM – 7 AM)
- Not sublet
- Not conduct professional activities
- Follow safety rules
Children are the exclusive responsibility of their parents, especially regarding pool access.
11. Liability
The Establishment is not responsible in case of:
- Theft or loss of personal belongings
- Accidents related to sports activities
- Force majeure (weather, strikes, network outages, etc.)
Clients must have liability insurance.
Hotelier liability under articles 1952 et seq. of the Civil Code does not apply.
12. Pets
Maximum one pet per apartment, subject to a fee
- Rabies certificate required
- Must be on a leash
- Not allowed near the pool
- Additional fees apply
Dogs in regulated categories must comply with current legislation.
13. No Smoking
All indoor areas are non-smoking.
Violation : deodorization fee €60.
14. Relaxation area
Access to the pool, sauna, and hammam is subject to the rules.
- Minors must be accompanied
- Sauna/hammam prohibited for children under 16
15. Force majeure
Force majeure suspends the performance of obligations.
No compensation may be claimed for unforeseeable, irresistible, and external events.
16. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date.
17. Complaints
All complaints may be sent using the contact details in the Legal Notice.
18. Mediation and Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, clients may use a consumer mediator free of charge.

19. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the French courts have jurisdiction according to applicable legal rules.
20. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is deemed concluded on the date of payment of the deposit.
