What are the check-in and check-out times?
The reception is open 7 days a week. You can check in between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM during high season, and between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM the rest of the year. For arrivals outside these hours, please contact us by email at residence@valderoland.fr or by phone at 05 62 42 97 11. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Is the swimming pool and hot tub open year-round?
The swimming pool and hot tub are open daily in both high and low seasons. Opening hours vary depending on the season. It is recommended to book a one-hour time slot, especially if you wish to use the facilities after 4:00 PM.

Is cleaning included?
No, cleaning is not included. Your apartment is equipped with a bucket, broom, dustpan, mop, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and multi-surface cleaner. A vacuum cleaner is available at reception upon request.
The end-of-stay cleaning service costs between 50€ and 85€.
Is there on-site dining?
We offer a sweet/savory buffet breakfast with regional and organic products, at an additional cost. For lunch and dinner, you will find various restaurants located less than a 10 minute walk from the residence.
